Walter I find that if cost efficiency is a denidicg factor, Blogger trumps WordPress.com. I had to pay a $9.97 to map my WordPress blog to my custom domain and if I wanted to customize my own CSS, I also have to upgrade and pay $14.97 a year. Blogger offers these features for free.
